Logistics Project Engineer

This position should have expertise on logistics automation and project management.The position holder will lead automated warehouse construction project and WCS implementation by collaborating with our external suppliers as well as internal stakeholders (mechanical/electrical engineering, firefighting, EHS, construction, IT). And, he will be responsible for various logistics projects management, process improvement.Main Responsibilities & TasksComplete Automated & Manual Warehouse Construction Project successfully.Complete WCS design and implementation successfully.Complete CQV validation without any errors and delays (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, Commissioning).Lead tender process for logistics supplier selection (3PL warehouse, transportation, OPEX items).Conduct detail logistics process analysis in terms of logistics flow, traffic analysisIdentify Project initiatives (Kaizen) and achieve cost savings targets.Esatablish Logistics KPI and SOP/WIQualification & Skills10+ years of working experience including 5 years of Logistics experience (Must)Proven experience in automated warehouse construction project (Must)Experience both in WCS and WMS (Must)3PL Warehouse or Distribution Center Implementation project experienceLogistics Process Improvement experience like CI, Kaizen, Sigma & Cost Savings experiencePM experience / People Management experienceBio-Industry experienceBS Degree or EquivalentLogistics Automation working knowledge (ASRS, Miniload, Sorter, DPS, DAS, AGV/AMR).Robust knowledge in warehouse operation and transportation operation including tender process.Excellent data analysis skills & proficiency in MS-Office (EXCEL, PPT, VISIO).About SartoriusSartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
