Logistics Project Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operation Specialist to deliver cross-functional projects from planning to launch. In this role, you will work with teams across logistics, product, technology, finance, legal, and commercial. You will play a key role in connecting business needs with technical solutions, ensuring projects are well-coordinated, tested, and smoothly transitioned to stakeholders to drive business objectives.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Support and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, keeping them on track and aligned to business objectivesConduct data analysis (SQL, Excel) to provide insights to support project proposal and decision makingWork closely with logistic functional leaders to understand requirements and communicate to Product/Tech teams, considering end-to-end logistics flow coverageMonitor project execution by identifying risks, tracks milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholdersDesign and run UAT tests, to ensure systems and processes are ready before liveSupport project go-lives, and contribute to smooth handovers to stakeholdersBuild knowledge in Lazada tech products / workflows to provide advisory support and resolutionsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor degree in Engineering or BusinessPreferably 2-3 years of project coordination experience in logistics industry, fresh graduate are welcome to apply as wellPREFERRED SKILLS:Strong proficiency in SQL, Powerpoint, ExcelGood stakeholders’ management and a good collaboratorAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality resultsCurious and quick learner with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable working independently in a lean team
