Logistics Sales Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a boutique logistics and forwarding company offering tailor-made transportation solutions across sea, air, and land.We are seeking a Sales Manager who is passionate about logistics, experienced in freight forwarding, and eager to take ownership of business growth — especially in sea freight operations.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and global agents.Prepare and negotiate competitive offers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the shipment process.Collaborate closely with operations teams to guarantee smooth end-to-end delivery.Track market trends and identify new business opportunities in international logistics.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in sales within a freight forwarding or logistics company.Strong understanding of sea freight operations; experience in air or road freight is a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.A proactive, result-oriented, and growth-driven mindset.Fluent in Turkish and professional working proficiency in English.If you are an experienced sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, relationship-driven logistics environments — we’d love to meet you.
