Responsibilities: Order processing managementCustomer order plausibility analysisPlanning / Booking / Transportation ordersCoordination/follow up of the shipmentCustoms processing (export/import)Documentation/administration/invoicing / filingFeedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to thecustomer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)Operational troubleshootingNon-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed ratesEnd to end processingPunctual and flawless order handling and documentationFreight audit payments Requirements: A four year BS/BA degree is preferred, not required.Prefer at least two (2) years of experience handling import trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker.Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in customer service duties.Must be able to work in a fast paced office.Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
