Staffed by ER-trained professionals, the clinics offer efficient care with minimal wait times and lower fees compared to emergency rooms. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare to our community with a focus on convenience and affordability. Qualifications (US Healthcare Background Required):✅ At least 1 year of experience in a related field (required)✅ Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience preferred✅ Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)✅ Ability to work during US business hours✅ Available to start immediately 📌 Key Responsibilities:1. Workflow & CoordinationRegularly check workflows for new assignments and keep schedules updated.2. Patient CommunicationsConfirm patient addresses, provide estimated delivery dates, and send tracking numbers via SMS.Call patients to schedule fittings, castings, impressions, or repairs.Handle inbound calls from assigned patients.3. Monitoring of DeliveryTrack shipments, confirm item deliveries, and follow up with patients for confirmation.4. Document ManagementGather proof of delivery and upload it in the system and patient folders.5. Purchase OrdersCreate purchase orders using the provided template and upload to OneDrive once approved and signed.6. Invoice ManagementMonitor incoming mail for invoices and upload them to OneDrive.7.
