For more information, please visit our website MG Motor EU www.mgmotor.eu.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all inbound and outbound vehicle transportation across Europe, with a focus on the Benelux region and neighboring markets.Manage relationships with logistics providers, 3PLs, customs agents, and port authorities.Ensure timely vehicle deliveries to dealers, customers, and fleet partners, optimizing cost, time, and service levels.Track and report on vehicle delivery using logistics systems and EDI connections.Coordinate with internal sales, fleet, production, and planning to ensure alignment on vehicle readiness and delivery priorities.BNL sales system KBU: coordinate between Sales and Operations, strategically arrange production allocation and fulfil delivery requirement to support market sales target.Monitor vehicle inventory at logistic hubs and ensure optimal utilization of storage facilities and compounds.Oversee terminal operations including vehicle intake, storage, inspections, and dispatch to ensure high efficiency and operational compliance.Handle vehicle import/export documentation, transportation documentation, and customs clearance.Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and reduce transportation costs.Ensure all vehicle handling meets quality standards and complies with EU transport safety regulations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.1 year of experience in automotive logistics, fleet distribution, or vehicle supply chain operations.Strong knowledge of EU vehicle transport regulations, import/export procedures, and customs requirements.Experience working with logistics systems, including port and road transport operations.Proficient in logistics software (TMS, WMS, or SAP), Excel, and analytics tools.Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin/Dutch is a strong plus).Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.What we offer:An appropriate salary and holiday allowancePerformance-based bonusRetirement savings planA goal-oriented and positively challenging work environmentLocation:The location of this position is in Amsterdam.
