About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving customer satisfaction by managing reverse logistics processes, handling returns and claims and supporting customs clearance operations. If you have experience in supply chain management and a keen eye for optimizing logistics processes, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer return requests, ensuring compliance with agreed policies.Oversee the collection and reception of returned products at the warehouse.Identify and resolve discrepancies in returns and claims efficiently.Issue return invoices and ensure timely resolution of complaints.Support customs clearance procedures for imported goods.Monitor stock levels, especially items close to expiration, and manage inventory efficiently.Assist with various system verifications and testing for Sales and Digital teams.Maintain accurate records and reports on logistics performance and order cancellations.Collaborate with Customer Care and other internal teams to improve returns & claims processes.Provide support in verifying logistics and transport service invoices.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degreeExperience: At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Care, or Warehousing.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate - advanced level).Advanced level of English Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic and growing company.Work in a collaborative and supportive team.Opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in logistics and supply chain management.
