Logistics Specialist

Are you the forward-minded team player we are looking for? We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Fabrics (FBR) Sales Office team in Global Supply – Production Business. As a Logistics Specialist you work in a role that is important for the smooth running of delivery processes and, therefore, for customer satisfaction.You will work in global outbound logistics, and your tasks include organizing shipments, preparing commercial documents such as packing lists and invoices as well as taking care of the transportation claims. You are expected to process letters of credit and prepare the required documents with accuracy. You will work in cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders such as the outbound logistics team, production, forwarding agents, customs authorities, Chamber of Commerce, banks, and insurance companies. You will have our global ERP system SAP as your main tool.What You Need To Succeed In This PositionWe hope your way of working is systematic and you have effective communication skills. It is important to know how to prioritize tasks and to be able to work under pressure with several stakeholders without letting routines tire you. You can complete assigned tasks independently and on time, but as a valuable member of the team it is also necessary to have top notch collaboration skills.What We Expect From YouA Bachelor’s degree in logistics and work experience in similar tasksFluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Other language skills are a benefit (e.g. Portuguese).Knowledge of international business and commercial terms (such as payment terms and Incoterms).Experience in SAP, experience in using Infor LN and VTG is an advantage.Knowledge of different IT tools (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Windows environment).We offerIn return we offer you an interesting position in a global company and an opportunity to work in a dedicated professional team!
