In this role, you’ll support our teams and partners by managing key systems, EDI integrations, and business intelligence tools. You’ll also play a vital role in onboarding new team members and ensuring seamless technology adoption. Experience the full benefits of teamwork and immediate collaboration in a vibrant and engaging workplace.Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Reporting setup/maintenance/distributionSet up C.H. Robinson internal systems, such as Nav Online and Nav Carrier, Small Parcel Config Tool and Exceptions, Navisphere Ocean (MRM, etc), Complex Load Build Profiles, Spotbid and Dock & Yard managerTroubleshoot system, master data, EDI (Doc tracking, EDI Audit Log, etc), and API (SP Config Tool, Kibana, etc)Ticket submission & follow up (INC’s, eBiz, IDEA, and PRB tickets, etc)Testing & training documentation – participation in ‘train the trainer’ sessions for new functionality and customer implementation projectsActive involvement in UAT testingCreate documentation e.g. working instructions / manuals to distribute to internal/external users and frequently asked questions (FAQs) from Ops to distribute to usersChange requests and involvement of requirements gathering for new enhancementsTest new functionality after Tech team validates functionalityTrain internal/external users of new functionality and/or reporting toolsCustomer specific items where necessary/agreedSupport the Rating team with rate analysis, formatting, templates and uploadCreate standard reports for performance monitoringQualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree in International Business or LogisticsMinimum 8 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Management control tower operations including at least one – air, ocean, ground, parcel mode experienceFluent in English (written and verbal)Preferred: Strong affinity with technology solutions and confident in customer facing environmentsUnderstanding of operating processes and capabilities, business process standardization and enabling technologiesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools , Excel, PPT, Word, Visio, Power BIFlexible and effective communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately within the organization; this includes written and verbal communicationsAdditional languages a benefitAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentEqual OpportunityC.H.
