Then join MEG as a Logistics Coordinator Outbound and help us ensure that medical goods reach their destinations worldwide – safely, accurately, and on time.Your Role: Logistics Coordinator OutboundIn this dynamic position, you are responsible for managing the entire outbound logistics process. From preparing and checking transport and customs documentation to coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers – you ensure seamless delivery. You will also play a key role in handling invoices, solving logistical issues, and advising internal stakeholders on transport solutions.In this role, you report to the Planning & Control Manager and collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, Warehouse, Planning, and Transport.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all outbound shipments (air, sea, and road transport)Prepare, check, and manage transport, customs, and billing documentationLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customers, and internal teamsMonitor, identify, and resolve logistical issues or delaysEnsure timely and correct invoicing of shipmentsHandle customer complaints and contribute to continuous improvementsAdvise commercial teams on optimal transport modalities and delivery conditionsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in international logisticsSolid knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentationFamiliarity with ERP systems (preferably NAV) and ExcelStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProactive, accurate, and customer-oriented way of workingExcellent command of English and Dutch What We OfferA high-impact role in an international, purpose-driven environmentCompetitive salary: €3.000 – €4.000 gross/month (based on 40 hours)27 vacation days, pension scheme, and personal development opportunitiesHybrid working model and potential for future relocation to the Utrecht regionThe opportunity to contribute directly to strengthening healthcare systems in low- and middle-income countriesEligible to work in the Netherlands and live in The Netherlands.
