Due to on-going business growth and increasing complexity of trusts under management, the group is looking to recruit a Senior Trust Associate, Assistant Manager, to join the team.

Reporting to the Senior Trust Relationship Manager and operating in a business-focused environment that prides itself on operational excellence, the core responsibilities will be as follows: YOUR ROLE: Assist the lead trust representative for assigned list of client portfoliosLiaise directly with clients, advisors, relationship/investment managers and intermediaries with respect to new, existing and transferred/terminated trust structuresPreparation and meeting attendance with family representatives, advisors and investment managersDaily administration of trust structures (including payment/distribution requests, transaction processing, reviewing investment activities, resolutions, fee agreements, bank accounts, fiduciary/compliance reviews, trust financial statement reviews, filing, etc.

)Ensure trust administration database up to date at all timesEscalation of issues to senior trust personnel; assisting with internal/external audit inquiries; management reportingTime sheet recording and review of client portfolio billingsAny other duties as requested by management (including covering colleagues in times of absence/business travel)YOUR PROFILE:

A TEP designation or equivalent qualification is preferred but not requiredMinimum of 3-5 years’ experience in administering complex trust and corporate structuresAbility to interact with clients, portfolio managers and service providersMust possess strong administrative skills with a willingness to process general tasks relating to Trustee servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills, work ethic and deadline orientatedExposure to multi-jurisdictions and tax considerations requiredAbility to multi-task and work flexibly as part of a team demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills with the capability to thrive under pressureProficiency with Microsoft Suite applications, Viewpoint and OutlookWillingness to work extended hours is essential to cater to clients operating in different time zonesProven ability to exercise discretion and confidentialityOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
