Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our Corporate Governance team, we are looking for a:

Corporate Governance Analyst – (6 months contract)About the roleYou will join a dynamic team of 2 and play a vital role in supporting our corporate governance framework. As a Corporate Governance Analyst, you will engage with various departments, utilize leading-edge tools, and provide essential administrative support. In this role, your main responsibilities will include the following: Governance Support & Innovation: Assist in maintaining the governance framework by preparing presentations, compiling key statistics, and supporting committee evaluations for optimal performance. Champion innovation by utilizing AI tools to streamline processes. Board/Committee Pack Preparation & Document Management:

Use our digital platform to draft agendas, prepare comprehensive board/committee packs, and maintain organized digital records using our databases. Familiarity with AI tools for enhanced document management is a plus. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT, and other departments to gather and share information, ensuring efficiency across LOIM Group. Calendar & Meeting Management: Lead in scheduling and organizing Board and Committee meetings at both Group and local levels, ensuring efficient coordination of invitations and logistics. Minutes Circulation and & Action Tracking:

Distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders and manage action point lists to ensure timely follow-up and review. Systems & Database Management: Manage systems user lists and assist with contract renewals. Ensure our database is current and accurate, focusing on signatory lists and director documentation. Administrative Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed, ensuring smooth operations and responsiveness across various tasks.
