A difference-maker who is eager to learn and grow. RequirementsMinimum of 5+ years of dental management experience is required. Overseeing multiple locations preferred. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue and billing targets. Working knowledge of clinical operations and office efficiency. Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft office required. Must be comfortable with frequent travel (50% - 75%). Candidate must live in Ohio. Exceptional organization skills!A Typical Day As a Regional Operations ManagerOversee operations of 4 to 10 dental officesEnsure teams and doctors deliver quality and compassionate care. Work closely with office leadership to drive revenue and performance goals.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets. Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow. Drive patient satisfaction through staff training and office management.
