About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Operations to lead and manage a high-performing team in driving business growth and operational excellence. Acting as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, you and your team will deliver on the company’s most important business priorities — with a strong focus on sales operations and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. This is a pivotal leadership role that connects executive strategy with operational execution, ensuring that the right processes, tools, and insights are in place to scale our business. Key Responsibilities1.

Strategic Alignment & ExecutionLead your team in partnering with the CEO and leadership to define business priorities and track progress against strategic goals. Oversee the planning and execution of annual and quarterly business cycles, ensuring company-wide alignment. Guide the development of business and sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting that drive informed decision-making. 2. Operational Excellence (Sales-Focused)Lead the sales operations function, ensuring the sales process — from lead generation to deal closure — is efficient, scalable, and effective. Direct CRM management, ensuring your team maintains data accuracy, reporting consistency, and actionable dashboards for sales and leadership.

Oversee the creation of sales forecasting models, pipeline tracking, and performance analytics to enable revenue growth. Guide your team in implementing sales enablement programs, including playbooks, training, and performance tracking. 3. Lead Strategic InitiativesOversee and drive cross-functional, high-impact projects from concept to delivery — including market expansion, pricing strategy, operational transformation, and go-to-market planning for new products. Lead your team in aligning resources, stakeholders, and timelines to achieve measurable results. Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, guiding the development of business cases for leadership approval. Act as the executive sponsor and change leader for organisational improvement initiatives. 4.

Leadership & CommunicationLead, mentor, and develop your team to deliver operational excellence and strategic projects at the highest standard. Serve as a key communication bridge between leadership, the sales team, and other business units. Oversee the preparation of executive-level materials for board meetings, management reporting, sales reviews, and strategic updates. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field;8+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or strategy, including at least 2 years in a people management role.

Proven ability to lead teams in optimising sales processes, managing CRM systems, and delivering pipeline forecasting. Demonstrated success in leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales analytics and business intelligence tools. Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels. Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS industries. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, or equivalent CRM systems. Track record of building and scaling operational teams in high-growth environments
