You will have required knowledge, experience and attitude to manage a range of domestic and low value commercial insurance claims. The role includes:Delivering quality customer experiencesUndertaking assessments based on site visits and/or documentary (including photographic/video) evidenceMeeting with customers and suppliers; completing investigationsEffective and timely written and verbal communication and reportingManagement of the Insurance claim settlement processEstablish and maintain effective relationships with brokers and insurers.To excel in this role, you will be energetic, positive and keen to learn. It is essential that you have loss adjusting experience across different lines of business, and advantageous that you are qualified through ANZIIF or with a similar trade/tertiary qualification; however, it will be your attitude that will make you truly successful in this role.Your new companyClaims?
