We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor Interact with customers and address their concernsUpload events onto our crime reporting platform. QualificationsHe kōrero mōu ake - About youExperience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn.
