Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day facilities management for 19 retail shops in Changi Airport and associated office spaces, ensuring that high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and security are upheldConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for facility systems, including escalators, electrical, plumbing, and general stores' maintenanceRespond to facility-related emergencies and troubleshooting, working alongside contractors and vendors when necessarySource and coordinate all maintenance and repair services performed by external contractors to ensure compliance with company standardsEnsure all maintenance activities meet regulatory and safety guidelines, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing control measuresSubmissions of invoices for repairs and maintenance work related timelyFacilitate the submission of maintenance purchase requestsPerform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management teamRequirementsNITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience in facilities management or maintenance roles, preferably within retail or hospitality environmentsResourceful and thrive in fast pace environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressureProficient in using computer software related to facilities management and Microsoft Office SuiteValid FSM certificate is an advantageWork location:
