Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Support Manager to lead a team of 70 Product Support Assistants in the Duty Free Liquor and Tobacco category. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the Product Support Team to ensure stocks are received, transferred and floated into the 19 stores across 4 terminals timely and accurately to support business needs. Key Responsibilities: Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of 70 Product Support Assistants in both day and night shifts across the 4 terminalsConduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coaching to team membersFoster a positive and productive team cultureAny other tasks / assignments as assigned by the Superior or Management Product Support Operations: Oversee the midnight PSA team receiving of deliveries from warehouses and ensure accurate entry into the GLOB+ systemManage stock transfers and customs documentations accuratelyEnsure Day PSA floating of stocks onto shelves in stores efficiencyOversee the schedule for gate hold room deliveries for customers on Australia and USA flights Resource & Manpower Allocation:
Develop and implement manpower plans to ensure adequate staffing levels across the 4 terminalsInvolved in the recruitment of PSA team members with HR departmentManage roster planning, leave planning, and resource allocation Spot Checks and Quality Control: Conduct regular spot checks on midnight PSA teams who receive stocks from warehousesEnsure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards Process Improvement:
