RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Stock report (20%)Daily make stock analysis to find out item having problem with OOS, Over Stock, minus stockSend report to relevant party for corrective actionFollow up until the issue is fixed2. Inventory (20%)Conduct yearly inventory and partial inventory to ensure physical goods is the same with sales stock on the systemControl shrinkage at Stores3. Stock management (15%)Monthly evaluate Supplier's delivery performance (OTIF rate)Meeting and Join business plan with main suppliers to increase stock availability4.
SKU management (15%)Monthly review SKU with slow moving or No saleWork with MD to have action plan (return, clearance…)Work with MD to decide SKU cut/plusEvaluate stock effectiveness via some certain KPI: Stock day, using SKU…. . 5. Team management (10%)Assign staff in daily work to ensure Team target achievementRecruit, coach and train staff to be a competent team6. Reporting (10%)Reporting to the immediate manager all relating issues in the job in charge daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Doing other reports as requested the immediate Manager and/ or Functional Team leader. 7.
Others (10%)Be responsible to follow strictly the Company’s regulations, Memo, Procedure. Doing others works/tasks as requested by the immediate Manager, Functional Team leader. Support other colleagues to complete works, if requested. Being ready to travelling oversea and local cities and provinces for business. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications (Essential): Bachelor's Degree – Business Administration, EconomicsCertificate/License/Course: Supply chain managementComputer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, Windows-based computer applications. Language Required: Can communicate in Korean or English is a plusSpecific Experience (in Years): 2 years of working experience in a similar positionPersonal Competencies:
Strong communication, hardworking and carefulStrong analytical ability and good in data/ figures. Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
