About The JobOVERALL, MISSIONPlan/Coordinate and execute corporate events to support stores’ client development activitiesOversee recruiting and developing excellent relationship with top/potential clients, enhancing their brand loyalty toward Louis VuittonEnhance quality of existing Client Relations activities while improving operational efficiencyJob responsibilitiesMAIN JOB ResponsibilitiesExecution and planning for events (Japan/Overseas) through effective communication with stores/Retail Directors and Managers MD/Procumbent/Security/Logi/Finance as well as LVM. (Preparation for catering/Entertainment / Venue research/Invitation/Budget control/negotiation with venders)Establish relationship with VICs through the actions including Corporate Events.

Learn and update essential product knowledge, Brand history and customer service skill to carry out(1)(2)aboveIdentify the areas of improvement in executing (1)(2) above by referring to feedback from Clients/Stores/Sales / MD dept.
