About The JobWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality Manager who manages Chocolate business and handles day to day partnership with the café and the restaurant at Shinsegae Main Store. Job responsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the chocolate business, ensuring premium product presentation, stock levels, and exceptional customer service are maintained. Coordinate with café and restaurant partners to manage day-to-day operations and serve as the face of LV. Manage F&B request from VICs and Celebrities while upholding luxury standards across all F&B experiences.
Coordinate closely with the store team, PCR and Communication to manage reservations and seating logistics for VICs, ensuring a seamless and personalized hospitality experience. Lead and supervise two teams of the Chocolate team and the F&B Hostess team providing clear direction, training, scheduling, and support to uphold excellence in client experience. Collaborate with store teams and external partners to align on service expectations, promotional activities, and guest experience enhancements. Reporting to Shinsegae Main Operation Director, this position manages about 10+ direct Reports.
