The priority is Class overrules statusHandle customers involved in any irregular operations in conjunction with CX representativesTo manage and keep stock of magazines and newspapers provided and make them available to customers (must be current or at most one day before)Be Familiar with basic PC/Internet troubleshooting knowledgeTo demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectationsEnsure that customer complaints are promptly dealt with, and action taken to prevent reoccurrenceTo acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advice individual client/customer on their product choiceTo actively aid customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line managerTake and pass on messages accurately to ensure excellent communication across all disciplinesBe prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as requiredBe prepared to attend all related training sessions and meetingsTo cover other reception areas within the building if requiredThe Ideal CandidateEssentialPrevious experience working in a reception role is a mustDemonstrate a positive attitude and behave appropriately.Excellent customer serviceGood communication skills – written and verbal.To be customer focused at all timesDesirable Lounge experience Airport experiencePackage Description39.66 hours per weekStarting from £13.70 per hourShift pattern: 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts, followed by 2 days offEarly shift: 04:30–13:30Late shift: 13:15–22:15Permanent – Full Time (subject to successful probation and airport pass clearance)Extensive employee benefits, rewards, and recognitionAbout The CompanySodexo Live!We’re Experience Makers.And go-getters, fanatic foodies, and community pillars.At Sodexo Live! build a career where ‘everyday’ is anything but normal.
