TL;DR - We’re hiring a hands-on Controller to build and run the engine room of our finance function. You’ll lead our monthly close, own billing and compliance, and scale the systems that keep us audit-ready, cash-efficient, and built for speed. Own the numbers. Tighten the machine. Help us scale with precision. Own our revenue operations — Ensure every customer is billed correctly and on time, track receivables, and reconcile incoming payments. Run our monthly close — Collaborate with our accounting partners to close fast, accurately, and with zero drift. Keep our cash tight — Oversee payables, monitor expenses, and maintain clean approval and payment workflows. Reconcile every number — Revenue, payroll, VAT, cash — if it moves, you’ll know why. Drive audit readiness — Prepare us for investor audits, tax reviews, and filings.
