This role serves as the primary administrator for the loyalty program, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless program execution and continuous improvementResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, including campaign set-up, and troubleshootingAnalyze loyalty program data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to increase program enrollment, engagement, and retentionCreate and execute targeted loyalty campaigns and promotions to drive member engagementRespond to and resolve loyalty program member inquiries and issuesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the loyalty programStay current on industry trends and best practices in customer loyalty and retentionRecommend and implement program enhancements based on customer feedback and performance dataQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field2-3 years of experience in customer loyalty, CRM, or related marketing roleStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reportingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilitiesExperience with CRM systems and loyalty program management toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience in retail, beauty, or consumer products industryKnowledge of customer loyalty best practices and trendsProficiency in data visualization and presentationExperience with email marketing platforms and campaign managementUnderstanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategiesThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
