Are you ready to be part of something special? Join our team!We are currently seeking candidates for the role of: Retail Operational SpecialistKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set and monitor budgets on the office supplies platform; oversee store orders;Manage supplier collaboration and product lists based on store needs;Coordinate waste collection with local collectors/public authorities per lease, company standards, and legislation;Develop and implement selective waste collection procedures; monitor compliance;Track municipal waste costs and recycling revenues;Liaise with external consultants to ensure legal compliance; update processes based on legislation and expansion;Oversee implementation of environmental obligations (e. g.

, ecotax, certificates) across stores and office with internal/external teams;Organize cleaning services in stores/offices; monitor results, costs, and provider performance;Support stores in handling issues with cleaning and DDD services providers; set procedures and expectations;Implement and support payment solutions in our stores (card terminals, gift/social cards);Collaborate with external providers and internal teams for updates and issue resolution;Ensure fiscal compliance of all payment systems;Coordinate stores cash collection with banks and transport partners;Support issue resolution and monitor efficiency, costs, and compliance of cash operations;Explore and implement new solutions;Establish security contracts and ensure updates in collaboration with Loss Prevention department;Prepare legal documentation for store openings and periodic renewals (security plan, risk analysis);Assess contractual and legal obligations for electricity across all locations;Coordinate with Purchasing to select suppliers and negotiate multi-store rates;Oversee fiscal printer orders, fiscalization, mobile/internet subscriptions, and phone setups for new stores openings;Process service-related invoices, verify costs and terms;Provide reports to management, auditors, and relevant departments;OUR EXPECTATIONS:
