What You'll Be DoingAdminister oral assessments in English, in accordance with LRDG proceduresComplete online reports in a timely mannerAssess English as a second language oral skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishGood knowledge of spoken and written FrenchComfortable using information and communication technologies, in particular Microsoft Outlook and Teams, as 100% of evaluations are virtualPossession of a functional computer equipped with a webcam/video functionality.
Professionalism, dynamism, objectivity, ability to adapt to different types and levels of learnersExperience in teaching or assessing English as a Second Language is an assetKnowledge of Canadian Federal Public Service Commission exams and levels A, B and C (preferred)Additional InformationLocation : Telecommuting across CanadaStatus : Self-employedClientele : Federal public servants and other clientsLength of work week : Up to 15 hours per week/depending on your availabilityAvailability : Monday to Friday between 7: 00 a. m. and 5: 00 p. m.
