Key Responsibilities: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture requirements. Analyze existing processes and propose system improvements. Create comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations. Work closely with QA to develop test cases, validate system functionality during UAT, and ensure solutions meet documented requirements and user expectations. Maintain traceability between business needs and technical implementations.
Assist in managing requirement changes by assessing impacts, documenting updates, and communicating changes to stakeholders to minimize disruptions and maintain project alignment. Qualifications: 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in the healthcare domain or public sector, preferably within UAE or GCC healthcare systems. In-depth understanding of EHR/EMR systems (e. g. , Epic, Cerner, or local systems like Salama), patient workflows (e. g. , triage, diagnosis, discharge), billing processes, and CRM platforms (e. g. , Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) used in healthcare settings.
