The LuCky fit 👟 will be responsible for ensuring that every product is crafted with precision and meets the highest standards of quality. Daily tasks include inspecting leather for imperfections, coordinating with the design team, overseeing the production process, and ensuring shoes are assembled correctly and fit well on children's feet. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to showcase the unique features of the shoes and maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in leather inspection and craftsmanshipStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure product qualityCoordination and teamwork skills to work with the design and production teamsKnowledge of children's shoe fitting and assembly proceduresUnderstanding of safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing processExcellent organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience in the footwear or fashion industry is a plusAbility to work on-site in New Karachi Town
