The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team members, monitor gaming activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training new employees, handling customer complaints, and implementing operational procedures to optimize efficiency. QualificationsLeadership and Team Management skillsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsExperience in Casino Operations and Gaming RegulationsProblem-solving and Conflict Resolution skillsExcellent Organizational and Time Management skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsExperience in the iGaming or entertainment industry is a plusFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageKey Responsibilities:
Monitor studio operations and provide technical troubleshooting;Respond promptly to all incoming alerts;Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and customers;Professionally perform tasks and adhere to the daily work plan;Maintain in-depth knowledge of company procedures, guidelines, and processes;Follow internal rules on confidentiality and restricted-access information. Salary: Starting from €1450 - 1800 gross per month. We will contact candidates who successfully pass the first selection round.
