We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-paced team and ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives across channels. This role sits at the intersection of content, creative, and acquisition, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to delivery. You will manage workflows across our in-house creative studio and content team, collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize, assign, and track tasks, and also take ownership of the marketing workstreams within key cross-department projects.
A core focus of the role is project managing our ad creative pipeline โ working with in-house teams, external creative agencies, and creators via UGC platforms โ from concept through design, review, QA, and delivery to ensure our acquisition team has the assets they need to drive growth. You will also play a critical role in establishing and refining processes that improve the way Marketing operates, while also managing essential administrative tasks to support the team and creative operations. Own the end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveryCreative & content workflows: Manage workflows for the creative studio and content team, including intake, prioritization, and task assignment in collaboration with the Design Team Lead and Head of ContentAd creative production: Lead the ad creative pipeline โ from brief development and coordination with external and internal stakeholders to progress tracking, QA, and final delivery to the acquisition teamCross-department initiatives: Drive the marketing workstreams within key cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication across stakeholdersProcess improvement:
