Job Description

Job Title: M&A AssociateReports to: Senior Partners/Pooled systemA highly reputable UK law firm is seeking a high-performing M&A Associate to join the team. As an Associate in this newly created role, you will work on a broad spectrum of corporate matters including private M&A, complex joint ventures, disposals and corporate restructurings, private equity and venture capital investments. This role also offers a unique opportunity for overseas candidates to relocate to Singapore. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of M&A transactionsConduct due diligence, review and analyze documents, and draft transaction documentsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent client serviceStay up-to-date with market developments, trends, and regulatory changesContribute to the development of the firm's M&A practice through marketing, business development, and knowledge sharing initiativesRequirements:

2-5 years of post-qualification experience in M&A lawQualified to the UK/US/NZ/AUS/SG BarExcellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skillsAbility to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong team player with a collaborative and collegiate approachPrivate equity experience is desirable but not essentialWhat the role offers:
