Contribute to solutions for the card's domain, working on both vendor and in-house applicationsEnsure compliance with banking regulations (PCI DSS, PSD2, Basel III, IFRS, AML/KYC, GDPR)Design high-performance banking and financial applicationsIntegrate with core banking, payment, and customer channels systems.

Work on API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native applicationsImplement cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelinesExplore AI/ML models for fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer insightsEnsure high availability, low-latency transactions, and disaster recovery capabilitiesImplement security best practices, including data encryption, identity management, and fraud detectionOptimize databases and data pipelines for real-time financial processingWork in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment with cross-functional teamsParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-makingWhat We Expect:

Demonstrated extensive experience with the Tieto Card Suite, showcasing a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications in payment processingFamiliarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud solutions is an advantageous asset, contributing to scalable and efficient system architecturesExperience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) is beneficial, ensuring robust security protocols are in place for transaction processing and data protectionExperience working with Visa would be a huge plusKnowledge of JAVA is considered a plusStrong understanding of the Software Development Life CycleStrong knowledge of data structures, data flow charts, programming logic, and codesAdvanced knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team of continuity of relevant methodologyProven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutions is a huge plusStrong knowledge of microservice architectureFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic levelWhat We Offer:
