Monitor and support the Production Data Warehouse environment on a daily basis to ensure stability and continuityEnsure the successful execution and timely completion of EOD and EOM processesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL jobs, data loads, and performance bottlenecksCoordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth operations and incident resolutionPerform root cause analysis for incidents and recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of support and maintenance processes. Document and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support guides. What We Expect:

Relational Database development experience in Oracle, Sybase IQ, or MS SQL ServerExperience and understanding of Data Warehouse architecture, ETL principlesVery good knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQLExperience in managing and troubleshooting production workloads under time constraints is considered an advantageFamiliarity with EOD/EOM business processes and their criticality in the financial environment is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamAnalytical and detail-oriented mindsetGood communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, mathematics, or physicsFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic levelWhat We Offer:
