Determination and structuring of business requirements at implementation of technology solutions in a cost-effective and efficient way in your domainCooperation with business and IT units to define, analyze, document and further manage requirements throughout system or business development life cycle for cash management domainParticipation and contribution at implementation of technology solutions at the deployment stage (testing, determination of additional requirements, participation in bug fixing, mapping end-to-end payment flows) in cash management domainIdentify business process simplification opportunities and assess feasibility of possible technical solutionsTake role of business analyst/proxy product owner within certain IT development/project stream What We Expect:
3-5 years’ experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing business as well as technical requirements (functional and non-functional) in Payments/Cash Management or Lending/Finance sector IT projects1-3 years’ experience in Agile and Scrum software development projectsGood knowledge of CM products, processes and IT systemsStakeholders’ management skills (requirements gathering, workshops)Strong interest in technology and IT development process management understandingEducational background in IT, Engineering, Natural sciences (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry), Economics or similarWould be considered as an advantage:
Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence; Experience working in Agile project environment; Understanding payments schemes (SEPA, Target2, SWIFT)Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level What We Offer: Flexibility.
