Lead Data Protection area on a pan-Baltic and Luminor Group level Lead a team of Data Protection Officers and drive team and individual developmentOversee and lead the creation, continuous improvement of Luminor data protection principles and communicate to Luminor colleagues and stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for senior management, the Management Board and supervisory authorities on data protection mattersOversee the identification and assessment of data protection risks and escalate issues where appropriateMonitor and control compliance with data protection regulationsProvide expert advice and trainings to internal teams on data protection best practices and legal obligationsDecide on and manage data breach reporting to authoritiesRepresent Luminor in external engagements with regulators and industry stakeholdersCollaborate with other Luminor divisions, subsidiariesPromote risk and compliance culture through effective communication, education, and visible leadershipWhat We Expect:
Master’s degree in LawProven experience of at least 4-5 years in data protection, privacy compliance and regulatory engagement2-3 years direct experience of leading others and engaging diverse stakeholdersStrong leadership and highly developed skills to motivate, inspire and persuade othersStrategic mindset with the ability to work independently and make risk-based decisionsStrong knowledge of GDPR and international data protection frameworksExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalCIPP or equivalent certification is preferredAdvanced English language proficiency in spoken and written communication, excellent Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian languagesApplication deadline is 4th of August.
