What you will do as a Senior Java Software Engineer: Come up with solution designs and architecture for Cloud-native softwareLead the development and maintenance of complex software systems following IT standards and requirementsEnsure the performance, quality, and maintainability of applicationsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deploymentSupport team members and share knowledge within the organizationCreate and maintain documentationStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitiveWhat We Expect: Strong Java 21+ development experience and its frameworks like Spring, Spring boot 3.

0+, and tools like Jenkins, Git, Java module system, Maven, and DockerHands-on experience with cloud-native deployments (preferably AWS), KubernetesExperience with message handling, S3 file processing, and asynchronous flow redirectionFamiliarity with XML parsing, transformation, and validation logicExperience addressing technical debt, writing clean code, and automating testsProven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutions is a huge plusStrong knowledge of microservice architectureFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic levelWhat We Offer:
