Create content in English and Lithuanian, copywriting and editing customer communication messages and materials according to Luminor tone of voiceEnsure that the created customer communication content is transparent, easy to understand, human and customer-centricContribute to establishing compliant working processes for customer communication activitiesCreate legal/service content for the Luminor website, internet bank, and other digital channelsSupport PR and marketing as needed in creating textsManage stakeholders involved in the communication development processGenerate and evaluate new ideas and content for articles, social media projects, and other customer communication materialsContribute to team and company performance through effective collaborationWhat We Expect:

At least 2+ years of experience as a Customer Communication and/ or Content Management Project Manager. Experience in banking sector is considered beneficialGood understanding of advertising, PR and digital media areas; digital marketing and UI / UX experience will be considered as advantagesAbility to understand complex terminology and readiness to work with legal communication projectsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExperience with marketing platforms and e-mail marketingStrong ability to write and edit content in English and Lithuanian; knowledge of AI Tools considered an advantage (e. g.
