Join Lumo Creations as a Scrum Master for Our Next Release! 📋✨Lumo Creations (Creators of Harmony in the Wild), based in Jyväskylä, Finland, is looking for a Scrum Master to guide our team through the development of our next unannounced game project. We’re an indie studio passionate about crafting immersive worlds, and we’re now gearing up for our next creative journey after our current release.
This is an unpaid position starting as soon as possible, ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in agile leadership within game development and help shape an exciting new title from the ground up. 📋 Role Responsibilities: Facilitate stand-ups (2-3 times a week), sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Keep production organized and ensure workflows are smooth and efficient. Support communication across art, programming, design, and other disciplines. Identify and help remove obstacles that block progress. Create tasks, track progress, manage pipeline, and ensure deadlines align with the schedule. 🌿 What We’re Looking For:
Understanding of Scrum or other agile frameworks. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to keep a multidisciplinary team aligned and motivated. Proactive problem-solving mindset.
