Your ResponsibilitiesYour daily tasksRecording and processing incoming safety incident reports in the SMS softwareFollowing up on actions in progress and provide the necessary information to the Aerodrome Safety Expert and Safety ManagerEnsuring that deadlines are met in the follow-up of safety reports and investigationsParticipating in and initiate corrective actions arising from various meetingsParticipating in and ensuring the proper communication of safety-related information within lux-Airport and with stakeholdersCarrying out administrative tasks related to safety incident reports, such as ongoing modification of the FOD heat mapPreparing internal and external audits in the area of expertise in coordination with the compliance departmentTaking initiatives to promote safetyProviding administrative support to the Safety ManagerYour other missionsParticipating in inclusion initiatives (e.
