Your ResponsibilitiesYour daily tasksConducting periodic audits of operational and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsPreparing and implementing internal and external audits and inspections, as well as airport investigations in collaboration with the various stakeholders and the Competent AuthorityReviewing and analyzing documentation, records, reports, and operational proceduresPreparing detailed audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to managementCoordinating with various departments to resolve compliance issues, monitor external and internal findings and help to implement corrective actions.
Monitoring changes in aviation regulations and standards and ensure organization’s compliance systems are updated accordinglyParticipating in accident and incident investigations, providing expertise in regulatory complianceAssisting the department management in risk analysis and initiate the changes to mitigate those risksMonitoring the Management of Change process in the airport operators different departmentsDeveloping and implement compliance training programs for employeesAssisting in the preparation for external audits by regulatory bodiesAssisting in the follow-up of external findings raised by the regulatory bodiesLiaising between the regulatory authority and the airport to assure that deadlines are keptEnsuring that all audit records and documentation are maintained accurately and securelySupporting the Compliance Manager in his dutiesAssisting the department's management in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for compliance departmentYour other missionsParticipating in inclusion initiatives (e.
