Your ResponsibilitiesYour daily tasksManaging the day-to-day operations of LACC agents and Airside inspectors (e. g. briefings, daily organization)Supervising daily operationsBeing able to, and if necessary, ensuring an efficient replacement of his collaborators (inspectors, LACC agents) on their basic tasksPrioritizing decisions to be taken (e. g.

act, defer, escalate) and take appropriate actionBeing the first point of escalation for both their direct reports, internal staff and third parties for any operational issuesHaving an overview of the cross-functional operations within the airport in order to be able to make appropriate decisions in response to eventsProposing and initiating changes to procedures and manuals, draft the corresponding instructions and implement them within the departmentOrganizing and providing training on procedures and instructionsMonitoring the correct application of airport regulations and taking appropriate action in case of non-complianceOrganizing daily coordination meetings with internal and external actors in order to plan and monitor the day's operations as well as to manage unforeseen eventsEnsuring that the airport emergency plan is activated and that all predefined actions are implemented on timeEnsuring the implementation and follow-up of a corrective action programme following quality audits as part of the aerodrome certificationTaking note of incident reports, organizing the appropriate actions and ensure follow-upYour other missionsParticipating in inclusion initiatives (e.
