be/VzLLTVcwh2IYour ResponsibilitiesYour main daily tasksWelcoming and controlling access of people and vehiclesInspecting/filtering people, cabin and hold baggage, items carried, supplies and vehicles to detect prohibited itemsCarrying out manual security checks on personsHandling technical equipment intended for the performance of the tasks described aboveReporting to the supervisor or his/her deputy any event or incident affecting the smooth running of security missions. E. g. defection of equipment useful for carrying out security missions. Your other missionsParticipating in inclusion initiatives (e. g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).

Participating in the integration of new employees Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior--The Required ProfileStudies / training9th year of schooling in Luxembourg or equivalentIMPORTANT: lux-Airport will provide specific training for 5 weeks. This training will be followed by a basic certification examination, validated by the Police Grand-Ducale. Note: Successful completion of this training is compulsory in order to work as an airport security officer. It requires personal commitment outside the course sessions in order to assimilate all the theoretical and practical knowledge required. --ExperienceSuccessful first professional experience, including an internship or work-study programme.

Experience in the field, preferably in private and/or government security, would be an advantage. --Skills And Knowledge RequiredIT ToolsMandatory: Microsoft Office suiteLanguagesMandatory: French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)English: operational level in the business (B1 minimum)Nice-to-have: Luxembourgish / German: the knowledge of those languages would be an asset.
