Your ResponsibilitiesYour daily tasksDeveloping and executing financial and investment strategies to support the organization’s growth and operational objectivesManaging and monitoring financial planning, annual and semi-annual budgets (and investment plans)Leading the design and implementation of debt restructuring strategies to optimize financial health and strengthen the organization’s fiscal positionOverseeing financing plans for major infrastructure development projectsMaintaining cash flow monitoring practices to safeguard liquidity and financial stabilityMaintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and government ministries, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and financial transparencyGuiding and developing the finance team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environmentEnsuring adherence to local and EU regulatory frameworks while managing relationships with external auditors and financial oversight bodiesYour other missionsParticipating in inclusion initiatives (e.
