Airside Operations Trainer

We are looking for an Airside Operations Trainer. ++++++++++++++++**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES***Your daily tasksDesigning, developing and running training programs tailored to airside operational, regulatory and safety issues. Updating training content in line with changes in industry standards and best practices.

Providing initial, recurrent and refresher training in a variety of formats (face-to-face, e-learning)Assessing trainees' skills and issue the requisite certificationsIdentifying training needs and propose targeted corrective actionsEnsuring administrative follow-up of trained personnel and plan mandatory training in line with regulatory deadlinesValidating airport partners' training programs where necessaryCollaborating with operations, safety and compliance teams to ensure a harmonized approachDeveloping procedures and tools in line with the training providedContributing to and participate in audits and investigations, and make recommendations based on the training providedEvaluating the effectiveness of training programs and produce reports for managementIf necessary, providing operational support to Airside Inspectors by taking on some of their missions, in accordance with their job description*Your other missionsParticipating in inclusion initiatives (e.
