For our Corporate Com. , Media & Public Relations department within General Services, we are looking for a: Internship Communication Main duties : Contribute to the implementation of the communication planManage the creation and distribution of the company’s internal magazine, both in terms of editorial and visual contentProvide daily support for internal team requestsCreate new communication tools and materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, website content, press kits, mailings, etc.
) for both internal and external purposes, in terms of both writing and designContribute to the development and dissemination of the company culture in a spirit of fairness and friendlinessMeasure the impact of the various actions undertaken by the Corporate Communication departmentCollaborate with different departments to ensure projects are successful, completed on time, and within budgetAssist in producing photo and video reportsWrite articles for various communication mediaProvide backup support to other members of the department Required profile:
Holding or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or Digital Media and/or relevant experienceExcellent communication skills in English, as well as in French and/or German (spoken and written)Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, autonomous, curious, and highly organizedComfortable taking responsibility and bringing new ideas to the tableKnown for your precision and reliabilityAble to handle confidential information with discretionStrong creative-production skills: create graphical and audio-visual assets, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong writing skills:
