Internship E-Commerce

For our department E-Commerce within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an): Internship E-Commerce Main duties: Participate actively in ongoing e-Commerce projects (websites, mobile app, social media…)Be involved in sales campaigns, e-CRM actions and social media managementSupport Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online content improvementsSupport Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy and analytics Support Google analytics & data analysis from a sales perspectiveManage client complaints and issues, maintain quality control of digital channelsEditorial & copywriting support for websites and sales actionsParticipate in benchmarking & market studies to derive new online sales opportunitiesSupport E-Commerce team and serving as a backup when necessary.

Required profile: Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, stay focused, keep work qualityStrong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practicesStrong understanding of data & statistics, analytics and salesExcellent oral and written communications skills, very good editing skillsFluent in English, German and/or French is considered an asset (any further language, i. e. Portuguese, Italian or Spanish, is a plus). Knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
