For our Property Management department, we're currently looking for a Property Coordinator. You'll get the chance to be responsible for the administrative management of a portfolio of managed buildings for third party investors. Administrative Management and legislation: Register lease contracts and maintain accurate records on guarantees, site descriptions… Update property databases Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, follow-up of legal inspections, certificates of conformity… Technical Oversight: coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and technicians with the support of the Property Manager Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, suppliers, and service providers Support the Property Manager in daily operations Financial Administration: prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking Let’s Talk About You Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred) Experience in property management or real estate administration is a plus You want to develop yourself in the Real Estate sector and mainly in property management Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) You are fluent in French, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Who is CBRE?
