The Luxembourg Stock Exchange Is Looking For aLegal CounselPermanent contract (F/M)Join the Luxembourg Stock Exchange as an in-house Legal Counsel, where your expertise will drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic financial environment. Tasks/missionsProvide legal advice for teams across the organisation;Review of contractual documentation;Support the General Counsel in its governance tasks;Produce and update internal documentation;Assist on corporate law questions;Provide support to the DPO;Manage intellectual property rights.
ProfileMaster’s degree in Law, preferably with the CCDL;Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer, primarily in an in-house setting;Full professional proficiency in French and in English, German is an asset;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Proactive, reliable, and pragmatic with a hands-on approach;Service-oriented mindset and a team player;Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize across different deadlines and topics;High sense of discretion and rigor;Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
