The Atomizer Lead will safely operate equipment, adhering to Health & Safety policy and procedures, to deliver Magnesium to our customers' specifications. Monitor processes, performs required measurements and tests, monitors the operation of equipment, and sets equipment controls in maintaining right-first time quality products. Documents production and production processes by digitally entering data, completing production log sheets, recording receipt and usage of raw materials, and calculating material usage. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitor performance and adjustMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basisAbility to lead team of two others through start up, production, and shut down.

Ability to troubleshoot operational issuesComfortable making improvised planningMust be self-motivated and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks (simultaneously) in a dynamic and challenging environmentAble to work safely using tools and equipmentAble to operate a forklift and Overhead CraneTrack, schedule and complete preventative maintenance tasksTrain team members.
