The Site Head of Human Resources leads and drives all HR-related functions in support of the company’s strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations in addition to the organization’s policies and procedures. Main Responsibilities:

Manage the overall HR function and provide HR leadership Develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and best practices ensuring all policies and procedures are current and meet legal requirementsBuild a talent strategy in partnership with stakeholders to cultivate a diverse leadership team and foster a collaborative team environment within the facilityWork closely with the leadership team to provide coaching on a variety of HR topics including talent development, retention, performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation and conflict resolutionChampion culture change and drive initiatives to promote company cultureEncourage and lead in open communication with the organizationServe as advisor to all directors, advisors, and managers about HR issuesOversee the recruitment process of all operational and operational support employees from position authorization through onboardingAnalyze, evaluate, update incentive and compensation plan regulatory to meet current business needs and retain workforceFacilitate performance management review processOversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by Federal and State laws or local governing bodiesProvide input to the budget process in relation to work force planning, cost of employment, training and employee relationsLead an annual review of HR policy and practice to ensure legal complianceEducation and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources5+ years leading HR teamsPHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP highly preferredPrevious experience working in a manufacturing business preferredExperience with ADP beneficialHighly self-motivated and self-directedA position attitude and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality to get the job doneExcellent people skills – ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organizationProven leadership abilitiesConflict resolution and negotiation skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency in MS officeBenefits:
